It’s the sun laser death and trying to destroy your skin. This is a condition of life on planet Earth, and most of us do not do enough to protect ourselves. Yes, you should wear sunscreen every day, even if it is cloudy. And yes, you should look for shade whenever you can. But keeping under an umbrella is not a fun way to spend time in the park with friends or hanging out on the beach.
Sun protection clothing comes in handy here. Most people only think about sun protection in the spring and summer months, but I have a congenital allergy to UV light. If a glove, sleeve or shirt advertises a higher level of protection than it really has, my skin tells me it in the form of an itchy rash. I have to wear UPF clothes every day, so it can be said that I did opinions when it comes to fitting, finishing and a sense of protective clothing. After weeks of testing this summer (and so many, so many rashes), this is my favorite sunscreen for everyday wear.
