Epic Games continues its series superstar Fortnite concerts. The programmer of the game has revealed the concert series “Rift Tour” in which only pop singer Ariana Grande will play. The first show takes place on August 6 at 18:00 East, and the next shows on August 7 and 8 to ensure that people from other time zones can adjust.
The game developer warns concert goers to come earlier (an hour before the show). The Rift Tour playlist will be announced 30 minutes in advance. You will not be surprised by the news that there will be themed cosmetic products. You can choose Ariane outfits to play as a pop star, and Piggy Smallz Back Bling adds a sweet touch as you eliminate your rivals in battle. Both should appear in Fortnite The item store will be picked up by an item store on August 4 at 8pm east, and attendees will pick up an umbrella.
As with J Balvin, Travis Scott and others Fortnite performers, this is about attracting newcomers to the game as much as attracting people to come back. Significantly, Epic expands the range of artists to include female stars (recently discovered plans for a Lady Gaga concert never materialized). In theory, Grande could help people who would not otherwise play Fortnite – even if only a part of them stays after the “7 Rings” singer has moved on.
