Witches fans won’t have to see anything new from the franchise until the end of the year. At WitcherCon, Netflix has announced it will introduce itself Wolf’s nightmare August 23. The company first announced an animated film about prequlu on beginning of last year and shared today, will focus on Geralt’s mentor, Vesemir. Korean animation house Studio Mir, best known for its work on The legend of Korra, worked on the project as well The Witcher showrunner Lauren Hissrich.
The film should provide Witches fans with something to enjoy while they wait for Netflix to release its second season The Witcher. After multiple delays, the new season of the live series will appear on streaming December 17.
