Like many personal events, geek Mecca Comic-Con was overwhelmed by a pandemic. By most accounts, the decision to switch to a virtual conference reciprocated as an activity on social media steep by more than 90 percent. Playing on the couch is obviously not as enjoyable as gathering with 6,500 passionate fans under one roof. With big weapons, Marvel Studios and DC Films are already choosing skip this year’s Comic-Con @ Home, the event needs all the support it can get. One company that did not give up the conference is Amazon.
